Cristiano Ronaldo surely knows how to give a befitting reply to his opponents. But this time it was the crowd at Serbia who was silenced by the Portuguese forward.  CR7 was in action playing for Portugal against Serbia at the Red Star Stadium. The crowd started chanting the name of Ronaldo’s arch-rival Lionel Messi. But little did the crowd know that the hoots and boos would only make him better. The Serbian crowd definitely wanted to rile up the football star hoping that CR7 would get distracted. However, little did the crowd know that CR7 was not the one who get riled up or distracted so easily and would end up scoring a goal. Talking about the game, Portugal went on to beat Serbia by 4-2 with William Carvalho scoring the first goal at the 42nd minute. Goncalo Guedes put Portugal on 2-0 with yet another goal at 58th minute. Serbia’s Nikola Milenković scored yet another goal at 68th minute. Ronaldo scored a goal at the 80th minute as the score read 3-1. Five minutes later, Aleksandar Mitrović netted yet another goal and Bernardo Silva drilled a final nail in the coffin netting yet another one for Portugal.
