New Delhi, Jul 22 (PTI) Two men on motorcycle robbed Rs 10 lakh from an accountant at gunpoint on Monday from northwest Delhi's Keshav Puram area, police said.

According to a senior police officer, Jagat, accompanied by a colleague, was going towards his employer's house in Keshav Puram area after collecting the cash.

When they reached Lawrence Road, two men came on bike and robbed the money at gunpoint, police said.

Police have registered a case under relevant sections of the IPC, they said, adding further details are awaited.

Manipuri woman rescued from Delhi

New Delhi, Jul 22 (PTI) A 21-year-old woman from Manipur, who was missing for the last 10 days, was rescued in the national capital, police said Monday.

The woman was rescued from central Delhi's Paharganj area, they said.

According to a senior police officer, the woman, a resident of Imphal, was missing since July 12.

Manipur police suspected that she was lured by a foreign national and fled to Delhi, following which the officials from the state police reached the national capital on July 16, they said.

"Delhi Police, along with Manipur police, traced the woman from a hotel in Paharganj area on July 18, said Hibu Tamang, the additional commissioner of police (special police unit for north-east region).
