New Delhi, Jul 16 (PTI) Three men were nabbed with 31 stolen mobile phones worth Rs 6 lakh from outer Delhi, police said Tuesday.

The accused had been identified as Vinod (35), Vijay Kumar (22) and Yogesh Kumar (22), they said.

According to police, the arrests was made after they got a tip-off about a stolen phone from Bawana.

The location of the phone was traced to Palwal district of Haryana.

The accused used to steal mobile phones from people travelling in buses, Metro and trains in Delhi and NCR, police said. PTI AMP NIT

Member of Neeraj Bawana gang arrested

New Delhi, Jul 16 (PTI) A member of the Neeraj Bawana gang was arrested with a pistol on Tuesday morning, police said.

The accused, Bhanu Malik (27), a resident of Shamli, Uttar Pradesh, was nabbed from Prahaladpur village, they said.

An imported pistol and two magazines, loaded with five live cartridges, were seized from him, police said.
