Govt Clears Appointment of Chief Justices of C'garh, AP-Telangana High Courts
The government is learnt to have cleared the appointments of the chief justices of the Chhattisgarh and Andhra Pradesh-Telangana high courts.
New Delhi, Jun 27 (PTI) The government is learnt to have cleared the appointments of the chief justices of the Chhattisgarh and Andhra Pradesh-Telangana high courts.
Patna High Court judge, Justice Ajay Kumar Tripathi has been elevated as the Chief Justice of the Chhattisgarh High Court, sources in the government said.
Chhattisgarh High Court Chief Justice T B Radhakrishnan has been transferred as the head of the Andhra Pradesh-Telangana High Court, they said.
Collegium had cleared their names early this year.
Justice Ramesh Ranganathan is the acting chief justice of the Andhra Pradesh-Telangana High Court.
