Kochi (Kerala) [India], August 24 (ANI): The Cochin Customs on Wednesday apprehended a smuggler with 8 gold biscuits worth Rs 48,27,725 lakhs, said officials.
On the basis of profiling done by the officers of AIU, A Batch, a pax, Faizal from Malappuram coming from Dubai to Cochin International Airport by flight EK 532 was intercepted at the green channel.

During the examination, gold in biscuit form concealed in a purse totally weighing 932.60 grams was recovered and seized.
