Kolkata (West Bengal) [India], November 10 (ANI): The Kolkata Police based on a specific intelligence input received detained an individual from Patwar Bagan Lane after cartridges and pistols were seized from his possession.

As per the information from Special Task Force (STF) Kolkata, the Kolkata Police detained and searched Mohamed Ismail Khan (53), a resident of Jharkhand on Saturday night.

A total of three single-shot firearms, 2 seven mm automatic pistols, 50 rounds of eight mm live cartridges and 40 rounds of 7.65 mm live cartridges were seized from Khan's possession, as per STF.

A case has been registered against the accused who will be presented in the Court.
