Regenerate and afforest wasteland and degraded land. We will employ lakhs of rural youth in our Gram Sabhas to improve the environment," Rahul tweeted.His comment comes weeks before the 2019 Lok Sabha polls.Seven-phase polls are set to begin on April 11 and will go on till May 19.
