Shiv Ratan Agarwal, Founder, Chairman and Whole-Time Director of Bikaji Foods International, has passed away on Thursday, April 23, the company said in a regulatory filing. The company informed stock exchanges of his passing, noting that in line with regulatory norms, Agarwal will cease to be part of the promoter and promoter group.
