Sonam Kapoor is back after the success of Veere Di Wedding but in a completely different avatar. The actress has tweeted the teaser of her new film 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha to Aisa Laga' which also stars her father Anil Kapoor. Rajkumar Rao plays the male lead opposite Sonam while Juhi Chawla is also seen in the teaser.

The teaser begins with the beautiful melody 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha' from Anil Kapoor's 1942 A Love Story and cuts to the present day Love Story which is a 'Siyappa'. Sonam Kapoor can be seen as a simple Punjabi Kudi - Sweety Chaudhary and her look takes us back to her 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag' look.

Anil Kapoor plays Sonam's father in the film while Rao plays her love interest. This is for the first time that the real father-daughter duo are playing the reel father daughter duo on the silver screen. Also, it will be refreshing to see Anil and Juhi Chawla romancing each other in a old-school way.
