Sandeep Reddy Vanga's directorial venture Kabir Singh is refusing to slow down at the Indian box office. The romantic drama has entered its fourth week and is still minting big money at the ticket windows. After beating Vicky Kaushal's Uri - The Surgical Strike and becoming the biggest hit of the year, Kabir Singh recently surpassed the Rs 250 crore mark at the domestic box office. And then yesterday, the film once again saw a spike in its collection and clocked in another Rs 3.75 crore. Going by the current trend, it seems Shahid starrer will rake in more moolah on Sunday as well. Revealing the updated figures, film trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter a while back and wrote, "#KabirSingh shows big gains on [fourth] Sat... Will maintain the pace on [fourth] Sun... [Week 4] Fri 2.54 cr, Sat 3.75 cr. Total: ₹ 255.89 cr. India biz."
Boxofficeindia.com has further reported, "The film is looking to be the third highest fourth weekend of all time after Uri - The Surgical Strike and Baahubali - The Conclusion. The fourth weekend numbers should edge past the numbers of films like Dangal and 3 Idiots." While Kabir Singh, the remake of Telugu blockbuster Arjun Reddy, is having a dream run at the box office, on Friday Hrithik Roshan's much-awaited film Super 30 also arrived in theatres and took a good opening. Apart from these two films, Ayushmann Khurrana's crime drama Article 15 is also successfully running in cinema halls. Guess when a film is good and the impresses the audience, it performs well no matter what.
