Believe it or not but Kabir Singh is still running in theatres and also getting cash registers ringing. The romantic drama, which had recently grabbed headlines for not to so good reasons, has crossed the Rs 275 crore mark at the Indian box office and is now heading towards Rs 280 crore mark. Starring Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani in the lead, Kabir Singh released last month and took everyone by surprise when it stormed the box office on day 1 itself. Just a while back, film trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and revealed the film's updated figures. He wrote, "#KabirSingh crosses ₹ 275 cr... Continues to collect well on limited screens/shows... [Week 6] Fri 35 lacs, Sat 55 lacs, Sun 70 lacs. Total: ₹ 275.96 cr. India biz."

Adarsh also tweeted, "#KabirSingh benchmarks...Crossed ₹ 50 cr: Day 3, ₹ 100 cr: Day 5, ₹ 125 cr: Day 7, ₹ 150 cr: Day 9, ₹ 175 cr: Day 10, ₹ 200 cr: Day 13

Currently, Kabir Singh is the biggest hit of the year barring Hollywood biggie Avengers: Endgame which had earned Rs 367 crore in India. While Shahid and Kiara's movie is holding up well, everyone is waiting to see whether it will surpass the lifetime collection of Aamir Khan starrer Dhoom 3 or not which stands at Rs 284 crore.
