When it comes to Shoojit Sircar, we can totally rely on him for a good story. His last flicks like Vicky Donor, Madras Cafe, Piku, Pink gave us the stories to cherish forever. Now, the talented filmmaker is here with another movie, 'October' that stars Varun Dhawan and Banita Sandhu in the lead. The makers dropped the teaser of the film and just like the term defines, it teases the audience a bit with the look of the protagonists. Filled with beautiful flowers and dewy weather with light background music, the film gives us a new hope. Varun and Banita Sandhu's gloomy mood however, leaves us confused!

Although the makers haven't revealed the entire look of the duo, Varun's stubble for the flick was widely liked by the fans. The new star on block, Banita Sandhu also excites us as we know how she stole all the hearts in the song 'Ek Ajnabee Haseena Thi' for a mint commercial.  Let us tell you, that October has been an extremely enriching process for the Judwaa 2 actor. The actor went on to use zero make up and cry without glycerin.

A source was earlier quoted saying by a leading daily, "Varun is in a completely different zone right now as he shoots for October. The film has a lot of scenes where his character has a meltdown and breaks into tears. The actor will be seen nursing heartbreak in the film. Cry without any glycerine — that’s what Shoojit told Varun. He wants the audience to feel the pain and agony that Varun’s character goes through. Varun actually broke down on the sets and cried while shooting a scene. Shoojit and the entire crew were bowled over by Varun’s performance in that scene."
