Gudiya Rani, Lamhe- Although the Sridevi starrer had many other popular songs, this one is underrated. Composed by music composer duo Shiv-Hari, it features Waheeda Rehman in the video.

Soja Chanda Raja, Mission Kashmir- The otherwise intense film of Hrithik Roshan has this melodious song in it. Composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, the video features a young on-screen Hrithik who is soothed by his mom, played by Sonali Kulkarni.

Surmayee Akhiyon Mein, Sadma- This one composed by Ilaayaraja remains one of the best lullabies till date. The song stands out because of the unmatched bonding shown between Kamal Haasan and Sridevi.

Dheere Se Aaja, Albela- This track is something that no true music lover can ever forget to mention in the list. Composed by C Ramchandra, the music is so soothing that it has to calm you down in minutes.

Chandaniya Lori Lori, Rowdy Rathore- The new-age song is like a breath of fresh air in the age of rehashes. We wish more composers took inspiration from this and created new such tracks.

Do Naina Aur Ek Kahani, Masoom- The song is not only an important element in the story of the film, but also an iconic RD Burman creation. The track has Shabana Azmi in the video, who is trying to soothe her kid (played by young Urmila Matondkar) despite being in uncomfortable circumstances, herself.

These and more such songs are like the blessing to the history of mankind! Why take sleeping pills when you can have a healthy dose of music to quiet your bustling brain?
