TV actress Additi Gupta, who rose to prominence after her role of Heer in Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil and garnered huge popularity after her stint as Ragini in the much-celebrated show Ishqbaaaz recently, got engaged to her longtime beau Kabir Chopra (who is a pilot by profession) in a hush-hush ceremony. Though not much was known about Kabir and Additi’s relationship, the news was indeed a surprise and a pleasant one to say the least. Earlier this year, the actress had taken to social media to announce her wedding. Additi shared a romantic picture with her beau Kabir on the photo-sharing app and left a 'heart' emoji as the caption. She also share a picture on her Instagram story and wrote, "I said no... Talking about her wedding date, Additi, who is all set to take her relationship with Kabit a step ahead, is all set to have a December wedding. Yes, you read that right. According to a report in India Forums, the actress will tie the knot with Kabir Chopra on December 12 while her pre-wedding ceremony will take place on December 11. The report also suggests that the actress, who is currently seen in Ravindra Gautam's Kaal Bhairav 2, has taken a week off from work, which is assumed for her wedding. Earlier, talking about being single, Additi in a statement to Times of India, "I don't feel I should plan about my marriage so early. But yes my parents wish to see me settled. My relatives, people around and neighbours keep asking my parents about my marriage plans. Such questions are sometimes funny, irritating and also make you blush (laughs). I'm happy being single after the breakup. As of now I'm not dating anyone but enjoying being single."
On the personal front, Additi Gupta was earlier dating investment banker Rizwan Bachav. However, they parted ways for unknown reason. Now, Rizwan is dating Noopur Sharma, who runs a PR firm in Mumbai.
