Mumbai, June 8: The results of Class 10 or SSC examinations 2019 will be declared today at 1 pm by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE). Official result will be uploaded by the Board on the following two portals - mahresult.nic.in and mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in. Candidates are recommended to visit the websites at the stated time and download their scores.

The SSC result form the base for admissions in various junior colleges for HSC courses. As per the usual precedent, the cut-off remains high in most colleges for science and arts stream courses, as compared to commerce. Candidates vying for either of the streams must secure a high-score to attain admission in the top colleges of the state. Maharashtra SSC Result 2019: It’s Confirmed, Scores to be Declared Today!

How to Check the Maharashtra SSC 2019 Results? Visit mahresult.nic.in or mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in at 1pm or later. On the landing page, find  the results tab which would be marqueed with the "new" tag. After clicking it, one would be redirected to another page where the name, hall ticket number and other details of the students will be sought. After entering the details in their respective fields, click on submit. The results will be displayed before the user.

Students are recommended to take a screenshot or download the PDF copy of their online results for interim use.

Notably, the SSC examinations were held this year between March 1 to 22. The Board had set-up 4,874 centres for the smooth conduct of the examinations. A total of around 17 lakh students appeared for the exams. While some had enrolled independently, the majority were affiliated to the near 21,000 schools in the state - public and private - affiliated to the SSC curriculum.
