New Delhi, October 22: Aam Aadmi Party president and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday launched the party's door to door campaign for the 2019 Lok Sabha assembly elections. The AAP supremo visited households in the New Delhi region to ask for votes and collect funds. Kejriwal was along with Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia followed by other party workers.

"For four months, 3,000 teams will be visiting each household in Delhi and approach every voter. We brought revolutionary changes in the city which never happened in the past 70 years," CM Kejriwal said amid poll campaign. Arvind Kejriwal Says AAP Is ‘Kangaal’, Seeks Donation to Contest 2019 Lok Sabha Elections.

During the campaign, Kejriwal targeted Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and said they did nothing for improving condition in the city."What did people gain from them? They did not work for betterment. All they could do was acting as a barrier in the implementation of our policies," he added. The CM also looked confident of winning all the seven seats in Delhi which he lost to BJP in 2014.

Earlier last week, AAP chief urged his supporters, volunteers and common people to donate funds to the party for 2019 Lok Sabha elections, adding that AAP is 'Kangaal' (Bankrupt) while the government is cash rich. AAP launched nationwide crowdsource campaign 'Aap ka Daan Rashtra ka Nirmaan' and also launched a mobile number 9871010101, which can be contacted for making donations.
