Sambhal, February 21: A 19-year-old woman was allegedly murdered by her brother in Sambhal district late Thursday night in what authorities are investigating as a case of honor-based violence. The victim had recently fled to stay with her partner in the neighboring Amroha district but was brought back home following mediation by village elders.
