On the professional front, Deepika will be seen as Romi Dev in 83 opposite Ranveer Singh. She will also be been in Chhapaak, directed by Meghna Gulzar and sharing screen space with Vikrant Massey. Based on the life of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal, the film is scheduled for release on January 10, 2020.
