Superheros from Marvel universe are everyone's favourite, however, Thor amongst all has a special place in our hearts. Chris Hemsworth who plays Thor has not only put life to the character with some brilliant acting but also gave us major goals, showing off his super impressive chiselled biceps. His perfectly- shaped body can make anyone envious. However, the Avenger's physique is a lot of hard work, with a specialised workout routine, fitness hacks and a healthy diet. Despite being a busy star and a doting father, he gives himself ample time to keep fit. Chris Hemsworth aka our favourite Thor recently also launched his fitness app called Centr. It is available on the iOS app, Apple Watch and online since last month, February 2019. On his app Centr, Thor shares his daily workouts, healthy recipe guides, meal plans, meditation, community support, etc. His fitness routine is strenuous and involves a balanced approach to overall health.
