Lakvinder Singh, a bhajan singer, was attacked on Friday evening in Vashi, Mumbai, by two individuals reportedly upset with his support for a family involved in a 2017 incident. The assailants, armed with iron rods, sickles, a pistol, and a revolver, severely injured Singh and his associate before fleeing the scene.
