Seeking bail for the jailed Delhi CM, Senior advocate Abhishek Singhvi submitted that Arvind Kejriwal is a constitutional functionary and was not a flight risk. Singhvi said Kejriwal was not named in the CBI FIR and moreover, he is not a 'flight risk'.
