Autorickshaw and kali-peeli (taxi) fares in Mumbai may go up as the Maharashtra government has accepted the recommendation of Khatua panel for revision of fares for the two modes of public transport. The government has also approved the recommendation to limit the age cap of taxis and autorickshaws to 15 years.
