According to a tweet by ANI, the incident took place on Tuesday, when the health care workers in Kondagaon's Mohanbeda village carried a pregnant woman in the basket to hospital for delivery. Reports inform that the ambulance could not reach her village due to absence of road, so the health workers carried her to hospital in the basket.
