A 14-year-old boy in Mirzapur is battling fatal rabies symptoms four months after a dog bite. The teen, who did not receive a vaccine at the time of the bite, is now exhibiting hydrophobia and barking behaviour. Health officials in Uttar Pradesh have launched an awareness drive, stressing that rabies is 100% fatal once symptoms begin.
