Lathika Pai, a former Microsoft executive, has filed an INR 35.3 crore lawsuit against the company, alleging a hostile work environment, workplace harassment, and "constructive dismissal". Lathika Pai's case has been moved to a civil court in Bengaluru from the Delhi High Court.
