Props to Durex Condoms' social media team for always coming up with creative ways to tie in promotions with popular culture phenomenon. This time they went after Game of Thrones 8, the final season of the beloved show. ICYMI, the finale has been receiving flak from all quarters for the unsatisfying climax. Taking a dig on that, Durex Condoms has launched a new social media post that will go viral. In the tweet, the contraceptive brand promises to 'never leave you high and dry'. The image features a pack of condoms, specialised for 'extra time', in a fiery arena, reminiscent of GoTRanveer Singh and Durex Condoms End Their Collaboration; Actor's Marital Status to be Blamed For it?

The tagline on the image reads, 'The climax you deserve". We think it is quite a cool way to ride the Game of Thrones wave. Check out Durex' post below:

This won't be the first time Durex has employed their most-wicked minds to cash in on a frenzy. When Avengers: Endgame leaked online, the condom brand used 'Avoid leaks' to promote the products. When Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh got married, they sent out a congratulatory tweet with a dash of naughty humour. When the government modified Section 377, Durex celebrated by recreating popular Bollywood posters with same-sex couples. As we said, props to the social media team.

The latest tweet by Durex is gaining positive attention from the Twitterati. One fan wrote, "This tweet deserves the national award for creativity," Well, HBO will surely wish that Game of Thrones received positive reactions likewise. Right now, the final season of the formerly loved TV show is at 67% on Rotten Tomatoes, which is the least the series has scored ever on the site.
