Most cricket fans concentrate so much onto the sport that every ball delivery and strike matters. Nobody wants to miss out on anything because the tables can turn at every ball and the recently concluded ICC CWC 2019 was a good example of that. While the stadium cameras constantly look for interesting subjects among the audience, there is a cat that likes cricket as much as fans of the sport. Brian the cat is the resident feline of the Somerset Cricket Ground, Taunton in England. And the cat's presence on the advertising boards in the stadium during the match between New Zealand and Afghanistan was not missed. In fact, some fans were cheering for Brian! The feline resident is so famous that he even has a Twitter account. While the World Cup 2019 is now over, Brian is a star in himself. Viral Video: Dog Saves a Goal in a Football Match in Argentina, Gets Declared 'Best Goalkeeper' by Enthusiastic Netizens.

Brian has been given a membership of the Somerset Cricket Ground club. The cat was first spotted in the stadium in 2013 and was named after one of the club's employees Brian Lee. The cat lives locally but spends most of the time around the cricket ground. The  Cooper Associates County Ground is the home for this adopted feline. And staying around a cricket ground, the feline seems to have picked up a love for the sport. Kangaroo Enjoying on Football Pitch in Australia Will Take Away Your Monday Blues, Watch Pics and Video.
