A 14-year-old boy's experiment to derive sexual pleasure resulted in a massive discomfort, leaving him unable to pee for three days! A teenager from Tunisia inserted a three-inch-long sewing needle into his penis for some sort of sexual stimulation. The sharp object stayed lodged about two inches inside him. The doctors had to use forceps to pull it out. The incident has now been noted in journal Urology Case Reports which describes such incidences as "very rare." Weird Sexual Fantasies! Man Hospitalised After Wife Inserted Air-Freshener Can in His Bottom During Sex!

The boy admitted to the doctors about inserting a needle into the penis for sexual pleasure. It was a 3.5-inch needle which ended up almost two inches (5cm) inside the urethra. Because of this, he was unable to pee for the next three days. The doctors then put him under general anaesthesia to remove the object from his body. The doctors even tested if there were any psychological issues with the boy. However, the tests came out negative. The team also revealed that diagnoses in such cases get delayed because patients are embarrassed to report the problem.

Although this is not the first time we have heard of such weird fetishes, this is probably the first one involving needles. A man from Poland got his penis stuck inside a car's ball bearing when he tried to use it as an unconventional sex toy. Firefighters had to be called in along with the doctors to put him out of his misery.

Inserting objects in the urethra for sexual pleasure is a very common fetish. But it has a medical origin. In medical terms, it is called "urethral sounding" which involves using probes to locate any kind of obstruction in the urethra.

Sounding is an act of sliding a rod down in the urethral opening. It is categorised into an advanced form of sexual play. It can provide a heightened sense of pleasure. Sometimes, it used as a sign of dominion in BDSM.

However, this fetish has a lot of risks, as it can cause an injury with severe aftereffects. That is why people are advised to use only specialised toys for sexual pleasure, which are not sharp or pointy. The sexual toys available for this purpose are silicone-based ones. Using any other regular objects can result in bladder and urethra infection or even damage the urinary tract.  It is also used for genital piercing.
