Kanye West fans can rejoice as the rapper has finally made positive headlines. The American rap icon, also known as Rapper Ye, is holding his first-ever solo concert in South Korea. According to the music media brand Channel Candy, Kanye will hold his first standalone concert in South Korea on August 23 at the Gyeonggi Goyang Stadium. Taking to their official social media handle, Channel Candy announced on Saturday, July 6) that its parent company, Nextis, will host Kanye's concert at the Gyeonggi Stadium, Gyeonggi Province. The rap icon last performed in Korea 14 years ago in 2010 at the Summer Wee Bianca Censori Accused of Sending Porn Videos to Yeezy Staff; Kanye West Faces Lawsuit Over Alleged 'New Slaves' Remark.
