The Delhi Police have arrested three people, including a disabled man, for gang-raping a 34-year-old woman hailing from Odisha in the Sarai Kale area. The accused were identified as Mohammed Shamsul alias Raju (29), a beggar who is physically challenged, Prabhu Mahto (28), an autorickshaw driver, and Pramod Kumar alias Babu (32), who works at a scrap dealerтАЩs shop.
