The high tide is expected to reach 4.59 meters at 12:50 PM, with a subsequent low tide at 6:57 PM measuring 1.55 meters. For the following day, July 23, the high tide will occur at 12:45 AM with a height of 4.07 meters, and the low tide at 6:36 AM will measure 0.33 meters. The city is also bracing for heavy to very heavy rains, with the possibility of extremely heavy rainfall at isolated locations.
