In Uttar Pradesh’s Mathura, relatives of BJP MLA Rajesh Chaudhary allegedly assaulted hospital staff at DS Hospital after being denied entry into the ICU where their mother was admitted. On Sunday morning, the MLA’s brothers Jitendra Singh and Sanjay Chaudhary, along with nephew Dev Chaudhary, forcibly entered the ICU and attacked staff members. The incident, captured on CCTV, shows them assaulting staff and damaging a mobile phone. Hospital owner Dr. Lalit Varshney has filed a police complaint, demanding action. In response, the MLA’s representative Jaswant also filed a complaint, accusing the staff of misbehaviour. Police are investigating the incident.
