The 52nd International Film Festival of India is being held at Goa from November 20 to 28. And as the festival is continuing with excellent surprises and awards. Ministry of Information & Broadcasting took to their Twitter handle and shared a meme to celebrate star-studded opening ceremony and wrote, "After a star-studded opening ceremony, full of vibrant colors and extravaganza, attendees at #IFFI52 be like."
