Roston Chase took a stunning catch to dismiss Assad Vala off Alzarri Joseph's bowling during the ICC T20 World Cup 2024 match between Wes Indies national cricket team and Papua New Guinea national team in Guyana on June 2. Vala, the PNG captain, unleashed a powerful shot on the off-side and Chase, fielding at backward point, dived to his left and grabbed the ball. He also did well to hold onto the catch. Vala was looking to play his shots, but his innings prematurely ended for just 21 runs off 22 deliveries.
