CWG 2022 Day 7 Results: Manika Batra Secures Round of 16 Spot With Win Over Ching Nam Fu in Women’s Singles Table-Tennis
The Indian table-tennis ace will now aim to carry on her fine form at Commonwealth Games 2022 and retain the gold she won back in 2018. Batra beat her Canadian opponent in straight games.
Manika Batra advanced to the round of 16 stage in women's singles table-tennis with a victory over Canada's Ching Nam Fu. Batra got the better of Fu in straight games, defeating her 11-5, 11-2, 11-7 11-6.
