George Russell Provides Update on Zhou Guanyu, Says Alfa Romeo Driver Is ‘OK’ After Horrific Car Crash at British GP 2022
Zhou Guanyu was reported to be conscious and was taken to the Silverstone circuit's circuit’s medical centre for further evaluation. The race was halted for a while after this crash in the first lap.
George Russell provided an update on Zhou Guanyu's condition after the latter's car flipped over following a frightening crash at the British Grand Prix on July 3, Sunday. Guanyu's car flipped over and crashed into the advertising boards, much to everyone's shock at the venue. Russell was then getting out of his car to check on Guanyu.

First of all, the most important thing is that Zhou is ok. That was a scary incident and all credit to the marshals and medical team for their quick response.
