Earthquake in Nepal: Quake of Magnitude 4.1 on Richter Scale Jolts Kathmandu, No Loss of Life or Damage to Property Reported

An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.1 on the Richter Scale struck near Kathmandu in Nepal on Tuesday, the National Centre for Seismology said. The tremors were felt at around 4:17 am on October 24.
