The auction for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2019 season is scheduled to take place in the month of December in Goa but the franchises are in action well before the big event. Sorting out the future of some of their players have been given priority by the team management as they do not want to drag things for all the parties involved. The players too are spared the trouble of not knowing where their future lies as they are being granted the team of their choice and possibly at the money of their choice too. IPL 2019 Schedule & Dates: Indian Premier League 12 to be Held From March 29 to May 19.

So who are some of the big names that have made the move? Let us look at the list of important transfers that have taken place in the past few days. IPL 2019 Auction Trade Window Updates: Full List of Indian and Overseas Players Who Are In and Out Ahead of Indian Premier League Teams!

1. Shikhar Dhawan

The Delhi batsman is returning home after a pay dispute with his franchisee Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) did not get sorted. His former team confirmed the news that the left-handed batsman was not happy for the money involved in his transfer at the auction and had made up his mind to move. There were talks linking him with Mumbai Indians (MI) but it was Delhi Daredevils (DD) who came up and offered a package which Dhawan could not refuse. Shikhar Dhawan Added to Delhi Daredevils Squad for IPL 2019: SunRisers Hyderabad Release Dashing Batsman Ahead of 2019 Indian Premier League!

2. Quinton De Kock

The South-African wicket keeper move to Mumbai Indians came as a surprise to many considering they already have two quality gloves men in Ishan Kishan and Aditya Tare. He was bought in for the same price (USD 437,000) as Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) had paid for his services back in the auction. His performances were decent in the last IPL and could add real firepower to Mumbai who had to let go of Mustafizur Rehman and Akila Dananjaya in order to counteract the deal.

3. Mitchell Starc

Australian fast bowler Mitchell Starc will never forget the way his Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) career came to an end as the management decided to inform him about his release with a text message. Notorious for missing games and leaving IPL season mid-way on many occasions, Starc could have simply tested the resolve of KKR a tad too much. He is now in two minds whether to take part in IPL 2019 or prepare for the World Cup in England. IPL 2019: Kolkata Knight Riders Dumps Mitchell Starc Via Text Message.

4. Mandeep Singh

Punjab batsman Mandeep Singh returns to Kings XI Punjab (KXIP), a franchise where it all began for him back in 2012 when he won the ‘Emerging player’ award. Kings  XI Punjab management had to trade Marcus Stoinis with Royal Challengers Bangalore in order acquire the services of Mandeep. Well, it was no secret that Stoinis has been attracting interest from RCB for a while now and only an RTM option used by Punjab prevented him from moving in the last auction.

5. Mark Wood

Fast bowler Mark Wood short stint with Chennai Super Kings was so short, he only bowled four overs for them in which he went for 49 runs. The defending champions ahead of the auction released the English speedster thus ending his career with the Yellow army. Along with him two uncapped Indian players- Kaniskh Seth and Kshitiz Sharma were also released from the team and confirmed on the franchise website.

We will keep an eye on all the latest developments coming from the world of IPL as the teams gear up finalising their squads.
