Karnataka Premier League 2019 has perhaps seen the best all-round performance in a T20 cricket match someone can ever imagine of. Krishnappa Gowtham smashed a 134 run-knock and took eight wickets in KPL 2019 league match between Bellary Tuskers and Shivamogga Lions. The right-handed batsman of Bellary Tuskers smashed a 134-run knock in just 56 balls at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru yesterday, August 23. Tuskers won the toss and opted to bat first. With Gowtham's spectacular knock, Bellary reached 203/4 in the match, which was reduced to 17 overs.

Gowtham did not stop just after his batting. While bowling too, he took 8 wickets to shatter Shivamogga Lions' batting. Arjun Hoysala (1), Akshay Ballal (40), Pavan Deshpande (46), Rohit K (0), Abhimanyu Mithun (0), M Nidhish (0), S P Manjunath (0), HS Sharath (11) were the batsmen who feel before Gowtham's impeccable bowling. He just gave away 15 runs in his four-overs spell. Shivamogga Lions were bowled out for 133 in 16.3 overs. Bellary Tuskers won the match by 70 runs in the end. Gowtham was declared the player of the match with his extraordinary performance in the match.

The bowling all-rounder created many records with his astonishing all-round show. This is the best bowling performance (8/15) in Karnataka Premier League sp far. He also scored the fastest century in 39 balls. Right-arm off-break bowler Gowtham is also part of IPL team Delhi Capitals. He made his debut in Indian Premier League in 2018 while playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad. He was later bought by Delhi Capitals. Gowtham has played 22 IPL matches so far taking 12 wickets in 22 innings.
