That's It! Brilliant game and a thriller after so long. The game was going nowhere till Tilak Varma and Hardik Pandya came together and they changed the momentum of the match. Was striking it clean and almost pulled it off before running out of gas in the final 13 balls where they lost 5 wickets. Naman Dhir was unlucky to not get much of the strike. RCB are elated with the third win in just four games while for MI, this is the fourth loss in five games. 

Out! That's It. Seals the game. Two sixes were needed off two balls but Naman Dhir plays the ball to the hands of Yash Dayal on square leg. Out! Two wickets in quick succession and RCB are back in the game. Bhuvneshwar Kumar first traps Tilak Varma with a slower bouncer making him hit on the offside. Last match he got retired out, so Tilak Varma decided to show the world what he can do. Has smashed the ball around since he came on to the crease and now completes his half-century in just 26 deliveries. His innings has changed the momentum for MI and now they have a solid chance at the chase. 

Mumbai Indians are behind in the game but they have attempted for a potential comeback with Tilak Varma taking down Suyash Sharma first then Hardik Pandya absolutely dismantling Josh Hazlewood. The over might change the momentum of the game and MI can have a chance at clawing back to the game. 

Out! Suryakumar Yadav departs and it is a body blow for Mumbai Indians. He survived once in the over when Yash Dayal used a slower one and Suryakumar didn't pick it. This time once again, Dayal goes with this back of the hand and the ball dip infront of Surya who goes for the inside out shot and this time gets taken in the outfield. Out! Typical Krunal Pandya dismissal. Pressure was building from one end and Will Jacks had to go hard. Krunal drops it short but with a bit more force, Jacks goes for the pull but the ball stopped enough on the pitch to make him mistime and Virat Kohli takes an easy catch in the deep. Will Jacks c Kohli b Krunal Pandya 22(18).

It looked like Will Jacks was trying to get a move on in the fifth over after Ryan Rickelton's wicket but Josh Hazlewood comes to close the powerplay and Jacks remains off-strike with Suryakumar Yadav struggling to get him away. RCB are ahead in the powerplay and will look to squeeze on MI more. 

Out! Huge blow for Mumbai Indians. Riyan Rickelton was looking good but he has to depart now. Hazlwood made one to just pitch in line and seam in. Rickelton goes across, missed and gets hit on the pads. It was a close DRS appeal but the ball was found pitching on the line and Rickelton has to depart. Rickelton lbw b Hazlewood 17(10).

Out! Rohit Sharma departs. A very similar dismissal to the one of Phil Salt. Rohit was taking the bowlers on and Yash Dayal goes full towards the wicket, Rohit goes for the on drive but missed it and the ball crashed on the stumps. RCB draw first blood here.  Rohit b Yash Dayal 17(9).

A brilliant last over from Jasprit Bumrah and Mumbai Indians could slow down Royal Challengers Bengaluru just for a bit despite Jitesh Sharma's explosive knock. Struck a brilliant shot to Bumrah too and finished the innings on a high. Bumrah pulled things back a little but it will be an uphill task for MI for chase the target down. Conditions are really good for batting. 

Out! Finally Rajat Patidar departs. Tremendous innings from him. Gets trapped in the last ball of Trent Boult's spell. Gets a top edge on a slower bouncer and the ball skies. Ryan Rickelton runs back to take a great catch. Rajat Patidar c Rickelton b Boult 64(32).

Some clinical batting from Rajat Patidar. Took on Trent Boult and then took on the in-form Hardik Pandya to keep the run rate up and has absolutely dominated the two so far. Didn't let it feel like RCB are dropping off after Kohli's dismissal and on the way scores a brilliant half-century. 

Out! Two wickets in one over and it is captain Hardik Pandya. Goes for the slower bouncer and Liam Livingstone gets foxed while attempting the scoop shot and lobs it to the hands of Jasprit Bumrah at third man. Out! Captain Hardik Pandya keeps fighting with the ball. Uses cutters and wide line deliveries and Virat Kohli tries to take him on from the offside. Miscues it and Naman Dhir settles in the deep to take an easy catch. Crucial breakthrough for MI. Kohli c Naman Dhir b Hardik Pandya 67(42).

Rajat Patidar has decided to step on the accelerator and absolutely dismissed the spin from Mitchell Santner to up the ante which was dropping in the last five overs. A big over has come and now RCB are again set for a big total. 

Out! Finally Mumbai Indians get a breakthrough. Vignesh Puthur tossed the ball up and Devdutt Padikkal continued his intent by taking him on. Doesn't get the best connection and Will Jacks takes an easy catch in the deep. Padikkal c Will Jacks b Vignesh Puthur 37(22).

Fifty! What a knock from Virat Kohli. From the ball one he has looked extremely good and since then went on to dominate the Mumbai Indians bowlers. His dual with Jasprit Bumrah was worth remembering and he has won it this time. Has set a nice foundation for RCB and on the way completes his half-century. 

Some fantastic batting from Virat Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal after the Phil Salt dismissal in the first over. Kohli attacked Jasprit Bumrah while Devdutt Padikkal took on Trent Boult and Deepak Chahar. Both have scored freely and have set up RCB for a big score here. 

After the wicket of Phil Salt, both Devdutt Padikkal and Virat Kohli has looked to take the attack back to the opposition. They have took on Trent Boult and Deepak Chahar and collected some crucial boundaries. They have a start now and will have to make sure they survive the rest of the powerplay.
