The IPL 2020 actions picked up a lot of unknown names from the domestic circuit. The team owners of the Indian Premier League have invested heavily on the uncapped domestic players with an intention of nurturing the youth. One such name was Maharashtra’s Digvijay Deshmukh who was picked up by Rohit Sharma led outfit Mumbai Indians. Digvijay was 14 when he played a role in the movie which released seven years ago. The 21-year-old has played seven T20 games for Maharashtra, scoring 105 runs and scalping 15 wickets.  Digvijay made a debut in Ranji Trophy earlier this year and made a T20 debut in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. He was bought at the base price of Rs 20 lakhs. Needless to say, his family was quite happy with the feat. Check out the video below:
