England has been crowned champions of the CWC 2019 as they defeated New Zealand by a Super Over on boundary count on Sunday at the Lord’s cricket stadium. This is the first time that England has won the Cricket World Cup. Needless to say that that the fans were elated with the win. English broadcaster Piers Morgan was also quite happy with the same and dug up an old tweet by Virender Sehwag which was posted in 2016 and teased him. India vs West Indies CWC19 Match: Virender Sehwag Criticises Men in Blue’s Defensive Approach Against Spinners.

If one may recall Virender Sehwag and Piers Morgan got into a Twitter war with each other after the broadcaster poked fun at Indian celebrating victory at the Olympics 2012. The Sultan of Multan had then replied to him saying that the Indians cherish every small happiness but England who invented the World Cup is yet to lay their hands on the trophy.

Now, this was the right opportunity for Morgan to rake up the old tweet and get a reply from Viru.
