Pravin Tambe whose age-defying fitness levels and trickery have won many admirers in the Indian Premier League has weaved his magic in the T10 League 2018 in UAE as well. Turning up for his side Sindhis against defending champions Kerala Knights, the handy spinner took up a mind-boggling 5 wickets including a hattrick in his two-over spell. With this Pravin Tambe became the first bowler to bag first hattrick as well as a five-wicket haul in T10 Cricket League. By the time he finished his quota of overs, the Kerala Knights were on the ropes little knowing how to resurrect their innings. T10 League 2018 List of Indian Players: Zaheer Khan, RP Singh & Others in T10 Cricket League Team Squads.

In the first over, Tambe got rid of the dangerous Chris Gayle who departed without troubling the scorers. His fourth delivery saw off Eoin Morgan while he completed an astonishing hat-trick by dismissing Kerion Pollard and Fabian Allen in the next two deliveries. A hat-trick that too in a game of ten overs is something no one had imagined, but it became a reality at the Sharjah Cricket Ground. The former Rajasthan Royals man also got rid of Sri Lankan Upul Tharanga on the second bowl of his second over to end with figures of 5-15. T10 League 2018 Live Streaming on SonyLIV: Watch Free Live Telecast of All 10-Over-A-Side Cricket Matches on TV and Online From Sharjah.

Kerala Knights did manage to recover from Pravin Tambe’s onslaught once his two overs came to an end. Wayne Parnell smashed 59 off 24 balls to help his franchise reach a respectable 103 runs in ten overs. The Sindhis in reply chased down the score with ease at the loss of just a single wicket. Shane Watson and Anton Devcich starred as Sindhis scored 104-1 in 7.4 overs. The talking point surely though was the exploits of a 47-year old cricketer who may have arrived late on the cricket field, but is undoubtedly having the impact.
