Virat Kohli Surpasses Don Bradman Once Again, Brings Up 7,000 Runs With A Double Century During IND vs SA, 2ND Test 2019, Day 2

Slamming century seems to be quite a routine for our Indian Cricket captain Virat Kohli who notched up his seventh double century during IND vs SA. 2nd Test 2019, Day 2. Kohli walked in to bat after the wicket of Cheteshwar Pujara and played a vital role in getting India past a total of 470 runs. The Indian cricket captain faced 295  balls to bring up the double ton. Kohli brought up his double hundred hitting 28 fours and no maximums. The Indian cricket captain batted at a strike rate of 67.96 to get his double ton. The former Australian cricketer had scored 6,996 runs in 52 games with an average of 99.94. Whereas the Indian cricket captain from 81 matches scored 7,000 runs with an average of 54.64. With seven double centuries, Kohli still tops the list of scoring the most number of two hundreds as a captain. Kohli is currently batting alongside Ravindra Jadeja and the two have contributed with 92 runs on the board. Jadeja walked into bat after the wicket of AJinkya Rahane who was sent away by Keshav Maharaj on the score of 58. As of now, India is at a score of 483 runs for the loss of four wickets.
