Delta Flight 1730 From Los Angeles To Atlanta Sees Terrifying Moments As Crew Member Threatens To 'Take Plane Down

As flights resume post the the COVID-19 pandemic, there have been a string of dangerous mid-air incidents in the U.S.

The most recent one involved a Delta Air Lines employee who tried to open the door of the aircraft mid-air. The employee was reportedly off-duty when he attempted this stunt. The Delta Air Lines Flight was identified as 1730 from Los Angeles to Atlanta.

Post the incident, a video of the attendant being physically contained by passengers has gone viral. The man had reportedly yelled that he was “going to take the plane down”, after which he attempted to open the door of the aircraft mid-air. After managing to restrain the Delta employee, the aircraft made an emergency landing in Oklahoma City where the off-duty flight attendant was taken into custody.
