Huawei received this blow after the US government had sought to blacklist it around the world. Huawei has been under increasing pressure from President Trump and the US government over fears that its equipment could be used by the Chinese government to spy on American networks. This suspension could restrict Huawei from most of the advanced services provided by Google.
