Maharashtra Records 198 New Omicron Cases, Mumbai Logs 3671 Cases, Delhi Covid-19 Numbers Cross 1300

Maharashtra has recorded 198 fresh Omicron cases. The state recorded 5,368 new coronavirus infections in the last 24 hours. Mumbai also witnessed a huge surge in cases. The city recorded 3,671 infections. Mumbai logged 190 cases of Omicron.  On December 30, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray met the state's Covid-19 task force 30. So far, Maharashtra reported 450 cases of Omicron. India has logged over 960 cases of the new variant. Meanwhile, the number of new Covid-19 cases in Delhi has reached 1,313. Delhi crossed the 1000-mark after 7 months. Watch the video to know more.
