Maldives Travel Body Urges EaseMyTrip CEO Nishant Pitti To Re-Open Flight Bookings Amid Diplomatic Row With India

Many Indians have cancelled their reservations for Maldives amid diplomatic row with the island nation. Now, the Maldivian tourism body has called on India-based travel agency EaseMyTrip’s CEO Nishant Pitti to re-open flight bookings to the Maldives. MATATO also offered sincere apologies in its statement addressed to EaseMyTrip CEO Nishant Pitti. On January 8, EaseMyTrip suspended all flight bookings to Maldives. Many Indians took to X to share that they have cancelled their reservations.
