Mumbai Rains: Heavy Rainfall Continues To Lash Financial Capital, Thane, Navi Mumbai & Other Parts Of MMR

Mumbai and Madhya Maharashtra, is likely to receive heavy to very heavy rainfall in the next 48 hours, an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official told PTI on June 25. Finally, the southwest monsoon has been speedily progressing and covering more and more places, an IMD official told PTI. Mumbai and its suburbs received heavy rains in the last 24 hours. Water-logging was reported at several places leading to traffic congestion. Netizens have been sharing pictures and videos of heavy rainfall in the city.
