New Delhi [India], August 21 (ANI): Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday gave confirmation certificates to the 317 employees of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD). 

Delhi CM Kejriwal said that the rest of the contractual MCD employees will get their confirmation letters soon.

Taking to X (Former Twitter), CM Kejriwal said, "Met the employees of Municipal Corporation today, their salaries have now started coming on the first of the month. Everyone was very happy. Today, certificates were also handed over to confirm 317 employees, the rest of the employees will also be confirmed soon. Will fulfill every promise. Together we will make Delhi a clean city, we will also involve the public in this campaign." 

On the occasion, CM Kejriwal said that the employees of MCD are now getting their salaries on the first of the month after 13 years.

In this regard, Kejriwal expressed happiness and said, "Met all those employees of the corporation today, all are very happy."

CM Kejriwal also assured that all election promises made to the employees of MCD during the recent corporation elections will be fulfilled soon. (ANI)
